General Technologies

More capacity. Greater possibility.

We are a Vancouver-based technology company working to make people and businesses more productive by eliminating repetitive manual work.

01 · Our starting point

A practical starting point.

We focus on the work businesses must do to document decisions, meet obligations and keep operations moving. Too much of it still depends on people searching, checking, re-entering and following up.

ChartAI, our dental documentation product, is where we start. The larger vision is connected software that understands context and carries routine work forward across a business.

In development

Insurance workflow

From the clinical record to the claim — and beyond dentistry.

The goal

The operating layer

Orchestration across a whole business, with authority clearly defined.

02 · How we work

Focus. Simplicity. Fearless honesty.

01 · Focus

One workflow,solved completely.

Better than ten solved partially. The chart came first because everything downstream depends on it.

02 · Simplicity

Fit the waypeople already work.

Technology that demands a new process does not get adopted. Ours listens, prepares and waits for review.

03 · Fearless honesty

Say what it does. And what it does not.

A reminder can send itself. A letter can be drafted. A clinical decision stays with the clinician.

03 · The team

AI researchers and dental operators.

Based in Vancouver. Operators who have built and sold companies, taken them public and run dentistry at scale, working alongside applied-AI research in Germany, a practising dentist in Alberta and enterprise technology in Toronto.

Between them they cover both ends of this problem and the ground in between: the founder of Canada’s largest dentist-owned support organisation, a practising dentist, applied-AI research leadership, and public-company finance across TSXV and Nasdaq issuers. Dental professionals review AI output directly, validating terminology, charting accuracy and clinical language, so the knowledge underneath the product is built by the people who use it.
